Riding Lessons

At SE Equestrian, we focus on teaching riding lessons in a fun and safe environment. We have experienced instructors who are happy to accomodate a new student, child or adult, whether they are riding for the first time or are an experienced rider wanting to compete and improve their skills.

Riding lessons: $50 per person

In addition to our mounted lessons, we also provide extra unmounted horsemanship lessons including safety around horses, horse care, lunging and more. At SE Equestrian we teach students the value of good horse care and like when they take an interest in learning everything they can about how to care for and manage their horse.
Unmounted Lessons: $40 per person

Freelance coaching on your own property is also available.

After learning basic riding skills, our students are moved into a group of 2 or 3 other riders around the same age and skill level.
Instruction is in engligh riding skills - hunters, jumpers and dressage - on our safe and friendly lesson horses or on your own or leased horse.

Lessons are held in our indoor arena on winter and rainy days, and in our large outdoor riding rings during the summer.

Students in our programs have the opportunity to compete in local schooling, provincial and national level shows and participate in any of our Christmas, March Break, Summer and Day Camps. Please see our Camps Page for more information on that.

Lessons are one hour long and are available on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
